If you filled the online consent form for Covid/flu vaccines on Tuesday night or Wednesday October 16 and didn’t receive a phone call from the pharmacy please give us a call. There was a glitch in the system that prevented us from receiving the forms. This has now been fixed and everything is working fine now.

We have now received our initial shipments of flu vaccines from the Ministry of Health. If you would like to receive a flu vaccine and/or a Covid vaccine please fill out the form online at this website here. We will then call you and set up an appointment.
