We make refilling prescriptions easy for our registered patients. Use any of the five following ways:

1. Use the form below; or
2. Email us at: info@richmondvillagepharmacy.ca with the prescription numbers and/or medication names as well as a pickup date. Of course, you can give us a call at 613-838-5352.
3. If you’re passing by drop in for a chat and tell us what you need refilling.

Please note that although text messages are generally safe and private they are not 100% secure and sensitive medical information should not be communicated using this method. For information on using secure encrypted communication please visit us for recommendations. In general please allow up to 24 hours for refills unless urgent.

Delivery
Remember we can deliver your prescriptions if you’re not able to get to the pharmacy in time. We offer free home delivery as well as pick up of prescriptions in Richmond and all Ottawa west area including Munster, Manotick, Stittsville, Bells Corners, Crystal Beach, and Barrhaven.

A refill can only be processed online if you’ve already filled your previous prescription at this location.
